The term governance has recently emerged in management science, and has become one of the most important terms in all companies and organizations, after many crises occurred in previous decades. With the increasing global interest in corruption and its problems, governance was established to raise the efficiency of companies, and set rules that limit fraud and conflicting interests, in addition to the importance of governance in creating a framework that defines the distribution of rights and responsibilities.
