The Readiness Assurance for Mega Projects Training Course by This course provides comprehensive knowledge and practical skills for establishing, managing, and verifying operational readiness across complex Mega Projects. The course focuses on structured readiness planning, assurance frameworks, governance, risk management, commissioning interfaces, and the transition from project delivery to safe and effective operations.
As part of the Operations Readiness and Assurance Training courses specialisation within the Engineering maintenance and operation category, the programme examines readiness assurance throughout the project lifecycle, with particular attention to EPC, megaprojects, operations transition, readiness governance, stakeholder coordination, performance verification, and final handover.
